The actress-and-reality TV star welcomed daughter, Hattie, with husband Dean McDermott at the beginning of October, but is already keen for them to increase their brood.
Dean said: "As soon as I saw it was positive and it was a pregnancy, we both thought we need to have a fourth - at the same time."
While some mothers would be daunted by the prospect of a large family, Tori, 38, is excited to be looking after such a large brood.
She added to the USA Today newspaper: "People say, `Oh my God, it`s utter chaos after two.` But it`s not, it`s great.
"You lost your mind after the second one, so ? the third fourth and fifth, it`s like you`re so far gone, it`s just kind of the same."
Tori - who also has four-year-old son Liam and daughter Stella, three, with Dean - recently got into the spirit of Thanksgiving by dressing her youngest daughter as a turkey for the American holiday.
She later wrote on her website: "Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday filled with love and lots of good food! This year, my family is especially thankful for our newest addition, baby Hattie."
