The `Edge of Glory` singer - who is the most popular person on twitter with 19 million followers - has created a site of her own built around her fan base of "little monsters".
According to CNN, LittleMonsters.com will be a place for her devotees to convene and share information such as photos and videos.
The site is still in the early beta stage and membership is currently on an invitation-only basis, however it is expected to work in a similar way to mobile app Pinterest which allows users to "pin" locations and items that they like.
Matt Michelsen, CEO and co-founder of Backplane - the company behind the website - has high hopes for the project.
He told Mashable: "Backplane is about bringing together communities and Gaga`s community just so happens to be the community we`re using to learn about proper functionality. We think we can really change the world."
It is going to be a busy year for Lady Gaga - real name Stefani Germanotta - who is set to embark on a world tour in April. The Born This Way Ball starts at the Olympic Stadium in Seoul, South Korea, and will run into 2013.
