The Central Bank has selected a license from two banks

The Central Bank of Russia decided to deny licenses 2 more credit organizations that work in areas of the state. These institutions are no longer able to conduct their activities in consequence of non-compliance.

Major Russian Bank on September 11, revoked qualification certificates 3 professionals economic market. Under the punitive measures of the regulator were "Trust national Bank and non-Bank credit organization "Siberian settlement centre (FEC). All these economic organizations were deprived of the right to do their own follow-up activities as a result of violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

"The decision to use extreme measures - the revocation of the license for implementation of banking operations, accepted by the Bank of Russia in connection with non-compliance by the credit institution of the Federal laws regulating banking activities and also the regulations of the Bank of Russia, taking into account repeated use over a 1-year measures, stipulated by the Federal law "On the Central Bank of Russia (Bank of Russia)",- informs the public relations division of the Bank of Russia.

Note that the controller also reports that 1 of the monetary organizations, and directly non-banking credit organization "Siberian settlement centre", registered in Novosibirsk, is charged in addition to repeated violation within 1 year of the requirements stipulated in the article of the Federal law "On counteracting legalization (laundering) of income gained by criminal method, and the financing of terrorism".

According to the decision of the CBR 2 credit institutions was assigned to short-term administration which will manage the institutions. The main controller stresses that "temporary administration will work until the day of the arbitration Tribunal decisions on recognition by the bankrupt and about opening of competitive manufacture (approval of the bankruptcy Trustee) or to the date of entry into force of the decision of the arbitration court on the appointment of a liquidator".
