Moscow and St. Petersburg, compared with other domestic cities, took the top line in the rating of Russian regions for quality of life. Most regions maintain their position from last year.
Evaluation of regions was carried out on 61 parameter, which were combined into 10 groups. They should reflect the main nuances of life in the region, starting from the level of earnings of population and housing until the level of financial development, environmental and climatic conditions.
The only negative aspect that will adversely affect the condition of life in both capitals amid other regions, taking into account the opinion of experts, is considered ecology, RIA Novosti reported. Negative impact on the ecological situation in Moscow and St. Petersburg, as a rule, has an air pollution emissions from road transport. Apart from Moscow and St. Petersburg in the first 10 regions with more comfortable living conditions became the Capital region, Republic of Tatarstan, Krasnodar Krai, Belgorod, Voronezh, Tyumen, Nizhny Novgorod and Sverdlovsk region. The "bottom" 10-ka rating remained virtually unchanged compared with the previous year, it entered the Jewish Autonomous oblast, Republic of Buryatia, Kurgan oblast, Chukotka Autonomous district, the Chechen Republic, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of Ingushetia, Republic of Altai, the Republic of Kalmykia and Tuva.
Experts believe that in 2015 the economy of some regions can be aggravated if the stock price of raw materials will continue to decline.
