The U.S. state Department tried to convince the OSCE to continue monitoring in Ukraine
The U.S. state Department considers it necessary to continue the work of the OSCE observation mission in Ukraine, said on the first day of the week the official representative of the Ministry of foreign Affairs Ms. Harf.
