Skeletal Kate Moss scared away all the McCartneys guests Skeletal Kate Moss shows her "worryingly" thin legs as she arrives at Sir Paul McCartney?s 65th birthday party.

The model looked pale and frail as she was helped inside, wearing a dress in which she had looked radiant for her own 33rd bash just five months ago.

Last night, Sun doctor Carol Cooper voiced fears that the mum of one - whose junkie boyfriend Pete Doherty was not with her - is neglecting her health.

Carol said: "She?s abnormally thin, worryingly so. You can see the outline of muscle on her thigh because there?s so little fat now.

"We?re used to seeing her slim, but this is the thinnest I?ve ever seen her. This looks like a young woman who?s neglecting herself. We know she doesn?t exercise much so she must be eating very, very little.

"Stress, depression, drugs and alcoholism can often be behind not eating enough and losing weight.

"Kate looks too frail to stand unaided. Her head is disproportionately large and too heavy to keep up.

"She?s never been big busted but now she?s completely flat-chested. You can see her ribs."

Also at the party at Macca?s North London home on Tuesday night were his daughters MARY and STELLA, Pirates of the Caribbean star MACKENZIE CROOK, actress NATALIE PORTMAN, SIR ELTON JOHN and partner DAVID FURNISH, Beatles producer SIR GEORGE MARTIN and Kate?s ex JEFFERSON HACK.

As Kate walked in, the splits in her white dress revealed a bruise on her right thigh.

Carol said: "You bruise more easily if you?re malnourished. That?s a sizable one and presumably her make-up artist tried to cover it up."

Psychologist Deanne Jade, of the National Centre for Eating Disorders, said Kate?s pictures were likely to end up on pro-anorexic websites used by girls who encourage each other to starve themselves.

She said: "Images like this add to ?thinspiration? and a belief that to be successful you must be worryingly thin. People like Kate don?t take responsibility."
