The government of Ukraine began operations on external debt restructuring, said the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk on Wednesday.

"The government began operations on debt restructuring in order to minimize the burden on the state budget and the country is also a significant foreign debt, which is in the country," - said Yatsenyuk at the Kyiv security forum.
