The self-proclaimed authorities of Donetsk national Republic suspended the Exchange of prisoners of war with Kiev, said the head of state Alexander Zakharchenko.

"The exchange of prisoners of war will not resume as long as Ukraine does not cease to violate the Minsk agreement ", - noted the head of the DNR.
