Case under the criminal code about the murder of 2 or more persons inadvertently brought about the bus driver, who in the Donetsk region pulled off onto a dirt road and hit a mine, for the reason that cost the lives of 4 people and 21 people were injured, said the head of Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine in Donetsk oblast Vyacheslav Abroskin.

The bus exploded on Wednesday night. According to the witness, at the entrance to the checkpoint, the Bus pulled to the right, counter to skip a column, then there was an explosion. According to one version, the Bus could run over a mine mounted on the side.

"Today, in accordance with article 208 of the criminal procedure code of Ukraine detained the Driver of the passenger bus Artemivsk - Gorlovka, in the end of action which yesterday because of a landmine explosion has killed four people, damaged the health of different severity 21 people," wrote Abroskin.

"The driver of their actions, consciously killed people, having made the decision to go on a dirt road. He knew that along the roadside mines. I hope He will be punished, " said Abroskin.

Driver arrested, now he faces 5 to 8 years of imprisonment.
