The court refused to imprison the former Deputy head of the state service of Ukraine on emergencies (SSES) Basil Stockage and sent the Submission for revision.

"Submission to custody in respect of Basil Stockage in the form of detention to return to the chief investigator of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine," said the presiding judge.
