The jury of the Moscow regional court realized guilty to robbery and possession of weapons 4 participants of group "Combat organization of Russian nationalists" (BOURNE).




Defendants Maxim Baclagon, Vyacheslav Isaev, Mikhail Volkov and Yuri Tikhomirov found guilty, depending on the role of each in murder, robbery and weapons possession, reports news Agency. on 20 March, the verdict was postponed by the Moscow regional court on 30 March due to illness of one of the jurors. In may of 2013 in Ukraine was captured another defendant in the case about an extremist community "BOURNE" - Mikhail Volkov. He was transferred to Moscow in September. Members of the brotherhood are accused of banditry, illegal trafficking of weapons, ammunition and bombs, mines and other devices, the murder of lawyer Stanislav Markelov, the leaders of the so-called anti-fascist movements Fyodor Filatov, Ilya Dzhaparidze and Ivan Farm, the world champion in Thai Boxing Muslim Abdullayev, Residents Salahedin Azizov, Rasul Khalilov, Soso Vazgen Khachikyan, the attempted murder of a citizen of Ramadan Koricheva and employee bodies of internal Affairs Gagik Benjaminian.
