Place of work of the Board of commissioners moved to Kiev from Simferopol, because the Crimea became a part of Russia.

The Board of commissioners of the Crimean Tatar people is an Advisory body to the President, whose main tasks are the analysis, forecasting and preparation of proposals for political-legal, socio-economic and other problems of resettlement of the Crimean Tatar people and its integration into Ukrainian society.
