in EMERCOM stressed that the 23-th stage of humanitarian assistance to the Donbas was successful, and when sending a column has complied with all the norms of international law.

"Note that all procedures for the formation and delivery of humanitarian aid to the injured regions of Donbass was carried out in Accordance With established norms of international law," - said in EMERCOM.

Cars Noginsk rescue emergency center was a part of the Prime Minister, who brought aid to the people of Donbass 2 April, and before that - 19 and March 26.

Thursday 23rd convoy MES shown in Russia over 1, 4 thousand tons of humanitarian supplies, including food, necessities, Lekarstva and medical supplies, which are distributed and among them on socially significant facilities - schools, kindergartens, clinics and public dining.

Cars MOE also brought the building materials and electrical equipment required for recovery of critical infrastructure, as well as seeds and potatoes for sowing campaign and means for protection of plants.

in EMERCOM commented that the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia had sent data about the impending humanitarian operations, the nomenclature and composition of the cargo to the international Committee of the red cross, through diplomatic channels to the appropriate treatment were sent to the Ukrainian side.

Since mid-August last year columns of EMERCOM of Russia in the region is already delivered more than 30 thousand tons of vital major humanitarian goods.
