The Kyiv Court of appeals refused to grant the request of the former head of the state service of Ukraine for emergency situations (SSES) Sergei Bochkovsky abolish elected to it measures of restraint in the form of a bail, said Tuesday the head adviser of the Ministry of internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko.

"right now the Appellate Court of Kiev refused to Sergey Bochkovsky in his wish to remove from it the measure of restraint in the form of pledge in the amount of 1 million 182 thousand hryvnia (about 51 thousand dollars - ed.). This means that if Sergey Bochkovsky will break the rules of the collateral and, for example, will not appear before the magistrate for questioning, he has the ability to be detained and kept in jail, and the Deposit credited to the revenue of the country, " wrote Gerashchenko on his page.

at the end of March, the police officers exactly at the meeting of the government tied the now former head of the SSES of Ukraine Bochkov and his first Deputy Vasily Stockage on suspicion of stealing state money in the procurement of fuel.
