Iran will sign a final agreement on the nuclear program only in that case, if all penalties in respect of powers will be removed, said the President of the Islamic Republic Hassan Rouhani. The contract, according to his statement, should be useful to all parties.

The government of Iran stressed that the ultimate agreement between the Republic and the "six" of international mediators regulating powers in the nuclear field, will be signed only if all previously required punishment will be deferred. Tehran will not go to the limits of our own program on creation and development of nuclear energy without getting anything in return.

"I will not sign virtually any deals, if all punishments are released on the same day. We wish to obtain an agreement that all parties involved in nuclear talks," Reuters quoted the President of Islamic Republic Hassan Rouhani.
