EMERCOM of Russia plans to send in the Donbass in may two or three columns with humanitarian aid, said the Deputy Minister Vladimir Artamonov.
"So far, before the end of the month, we don't plan. But two or 3 columns will be, that's standard number, " he said on the first day of the week in the Federation Council at the meeting of the division for public support for residents of the South-East of Ukraine.
