MOSCOW, 14 APR - RIA Novosti/Prime. Russia sees no need to conclude any additional binding agreements with Ukraine on gas, all decisions on conditions of deliveries for the second quarter taken, said Minister of energy Alexander Novak.

"as long as the position of the Russian side that the decisions that were adopted for the second quarter of the discount on deferred take-or-pay mechanism also for the second quarter are decisions taken at the level of the government of the Russian Federation and between "Gazprom" and " Naftogaz ". Any additional binding agreements of today, we do not see that they have the ability to be in their substantial part of, " said Novak in conversation

The Minister said that at present the parties have agreed about the fact that the expert group will determine the agenda of the next trilateral Ministerial meeting and will work on real issues.
