Kiev is unable to engage in direct dialogue with the authorized Donetsk and Lugansk, said the head of Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin

"The Russian side is also not recognized the election results November 2 (2014 ed.). We may not engage in direct dialogue with those who now call themselves the Donetsk and Lugansk. We must help the conduct of elections in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, " - said Klimkin.
