Russia will return to earth in Kazakhstan Russia and Kazakhstan signed the agreement, according to which will be withdrawn from the lease of more than 1.6 million hectares of unused RF land.

"We sign now 2 of the Protocol to inter-state agreements on the application of our test sites situated on land of Kazakhstan, and 2 of the Protocol to the intergovernmental agreements lease", - quotes RIA Novosti words of defense Minister Sergei Shoigu's announcement at a meeting with defence Minister of Kazakhstan Imangali Tasmagambetov.

The result of the signed agreements between countries will be withdrawn from the lease and given to Kazakhstan unused Russian Federation territory, also areas where there are deposits of minerals and all kinds of communication. The total area is about 1.6 million hectares.

With all this in respect to the Russian test sites appeared on the leased area, Shoigu announced that the currently installed new amounts of lease payments. We are talking about the range "Sary-Shagan", as well as areas that are rented from Kazakhstan for 929 flight test center of the national air force located in Akhtubinsk.

Sergei Shoigu stressed that the new polygon boundaries "will fully meet the tests of new weapons and military equipment," which serve as security not only of Russia, but also Kazakhstan". Moscow and Astana, said Shoigu bind "brotherly, neighborly, friendly relations. "We have nothing to split, on the contrary, there is something to create together," added the Minister.
