Antonov believes outdated legal framework for the control arms
The current legal framework for the control of armaments and the decision of crises does not meet modern requirements, told reporters Deputy defense Minister Anatoly Antonov on the results of the IV Metropolitan conference on international security.

the forum was attended by about 400 delegates from 70 countries. 13 delegations were headed by military leaders of foreign countries.

for example, said Antonov, the Symposium was the role of the military and political instruments-international treaties and under their control mechanisms in ensuring global and regional stability, what is most important to the ongoing fall in the Ukraine.

"according to the majority of participants, the effectiveness of the existing legal framework for arms control and crisis management does not meet modern requirements," - said Antonov.
