The N1 tablet working under the control of the operating system Android and has a proprietary graphical shell, but was released by a third-party manufacturer that sells it in China under the brand Nokia.

According to experts, in the case of future phones will be something similar. About the reaction of Microsoft for a similar solution yet unknown. But note that according to the deal with Microsoft, the company is not permitted to use the Nokia brand on phones up to the 4th quarter of 2016.
