The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the Peacekeepers are not an alternative to the OSCE and their Task is to prevent non-compliance with peace agreements.


"Peacekeepers are not an alternative to the OSCE. Each of them has its own function. The task of the peacekeepers is to eliminate waste from the peace agreements, " wrote Poroshenko in his own Twitter.
