The foreign Ministry in the capital of Russia outraged by the threats of OSCE observers in Ukraine
Moscow is outraged by the fact that Ukrainian Military conduct illegal inspection of the OSCE observers in the Donbass, sound towards the mission and the danger that is fundamentally unacceptable, according to the explanations of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, issued on the first day of the week.

The Russian foreign Ministry drew attention to the fact that in the reports of the special OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine more and more often describes the cases of inspection machines, inspection of documents and nationality of the observers of the OSCE Ukrainian military and volunteer forces. International observers often directly ask the question, is there among them citizens of Russia.

at the end of March at the village Muratovo Luhansk region recorded case, when the Ukrainian military threatened that anyone caught there a Russian employee of the OSCE mission would be killed.

"Such incidents cause outrage and unacceptable in principle. Coherence in this issue of the Ukrainian military and volunteer forces leaves no doubt that the order of the checks OSCE observers comes from a single center. This clearly shows the true desires of its authors " - underlines the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Such actions, foreign Ministry emphasised that grossly violate obligations of the Ukrainian authorities to maintain security, immunities and freedom of movement of the OSCE observers, create obstacles to the execution of mission tasks to monitor the implementation of the Minsk agreements.

"The Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation persistently agitating the Ukrainian authorities to stop the illegal inspections of the OSCE observers and strictly adhere to its International obligations, as well as among them regarding the special monitoring mission," - said in explanation.
