Kiev has banned Ukrainian veterans to hold a rally in honor of Victory Day
According to the head of the Communist party of Ukraine Petro Symonenko, the Ministry of culture did not allow the veterans of the country to hold a rally in honor of Victory Day.

April 28 was declared that Ukraine has decided not to hold a military parade on may 9. on 9 April, the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the law on the establishment of a new annual festival in honor of the Victory over Nazism in the Second world war 1939-1945-second period - the Day of memory and reconciliation, which will be celebrated on 8 may. The authorities decided not to cancel the celebration in the country on 9 may, a gala event will be held over 2 days. We will add that in October of last year the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has cancelled the celebration of the day of defender of the Fatherland day on February 23. Instead of the country's inhabitants will be obliged to celebrate the Day of defender of Ukraine on October 14, the Day of the founding of the organization of Ukrainian collaborators - UPA*.
