Russian rowers won four medals on the second day of TH
MOSCOW, may 2 - R-Sport. Citizens of Russia won one gold, one silver and two bronze medals on the first day of the weekend at the European Championships in rowing and Canoeing in Ra?ice, Czech Republic.

The gold team of the Russian Federation brought Kirill Shamshurin, Rasul Ishmukhametov, Victor Melantyev and Vladislav Cebotari in the competition Canoeing-fours at a distance of 1000 meters.

Russians Irina Andreeva and Olesya Nikiforova finished third in the competition canoe-twos at a distance of five hundred meters with a time of 2 minutes and 07, of 252 seconds. The gold was won by Belarusian athletes Kamila Bobr and Darina Kostyuchenko - 2. 01, 528 seconds. The second were Hungarian Jeanette Lakatos and Kinko Takacs - 2. 03, 412.

The Russian team of Elena Anuchino, Kira Stepanova, Vera Sabitovoy and Svetlana Chernihiv finished third in the competition kayak fours at a distance of five hundred meters with a time of 1 minute, 37, 894 seconds. The winner was the team from Belarus - 1. 35, 584. Second place went to Ukrainka - 1. 37, 180.

Alexey Korovashkov and Ilya Pervukhin won the silver medal in the competition of canoe double 1000 meters - 3. 38, 552. First place was taken by the Ukrainians Dmytro Yanchuk and Taras Mishchuk - 3. 36, 572, the third - the Germans Yul Holtze and Ronald of VIRG (3. 38, 632).
