The entry into force of this section in the past year has been postponed until 1 January 2016.

"The idea of the possibility to postpone again (Entry into force - ed.) was discussed at the talks at the expert level. I did not get the impression, because It was met with enthusiasm from the Ukrainian delegation and the EC delegations. This can be seen as an indication that Ukraine has fulfilled most of the goals to be ready for implementation this part of the Treaty on unity. Whether This is so, we will know by the end of the year, " said Chizhov.
