Kerry: US not want to maintain sanctions against Russia
The goal of the U.S. is not keeping anti-Russian sanctions, but they are important for ensuring peace in Ukraine, said on Wednesday U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry.

"After the meeting in Sochi I have informed NATO partners, and we have reached an understanding that now is the critical moment for action: the Russian Federation and the separatists are required to adhere to the Minsk agreements, and it is critical to implement the access of the OSCE in the conflict zone, to stop violent acts, the most in Shirokino," said Kerry, opening the meeting of the foreign Ministers of NATO countries in Antalya, Turkey.

According to Kerry, the US does not want to preserve the punishment relative to Russia, but they are required to " attempt to provide peace and security in Ukraine."
