Concerning the former head of the State Agency for investment and national projects of Ukraine (the state Agency) Vladislav Kaskiv prosecuted under the criminal code on the fact of theft of public funds, said the head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.

Proceedings were instituted under article "the theft of public funds" and " legalization of the parish of funds obtained by criminal means ".
