The laws adopted in the last period of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, are in conflict with international obligations of the country on the settlement of the situation in the Donbass, said the Commissioner of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for human rights Konstantin Dolgov.

"This whole series of laws, no doubt, violates seriously the relevant international obligations of Ukraine, Constitution of Ukraine, rights and freedoms of Residents of this state," said Debts at the meeting of the Department of social support of citizens of the South-East of Ukraine in the Federation Council.

He said that yesterday " another law was passed the next reading, in General, was adopted, on the legal aspects of the military situation in Ukraine."
