LNR: the Baltic States will send in the Donbass humanitarian aid
The Baltic countries are going to send humanitarian aid to the self-proclaimed Luhansk people's Republic, said on Thursday the head of the State customs Department LNR Andrew Karpuk.

"Recently we learned and were pleasantly surprised: it turns out that this is humanitarian aid from the Baltic States. plus, it will be collected in Germany," said Carpak at a press conference.

The Ukrainian authorities began in April last year in the Donbass military operation against disgruntled happened last February by the coup d'etat of residents of the region. In the end of hostilities in the Donbass was on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe.

Russia, certain countries in the West, as well as the ICRC sent to the region of the column with humanitarian cargo. On Thursday in LPR left 26 humanitarian convoy from Russia. Just since mid-August 2014 the Ministry of emergency situations delivered in the Donbass more than 33 thousand tons of humanitarian aid.
