Chizhov: Moscow will be watching the summit of " Eastern partnership "
Moscow will closely monitor the results of the Riga summit of the Eastern partnership and the content of the outcome document, some countries want to strengthen anti-Russian orientation, and others that create obstacles, said on the last working day of the week, Russia's permanent representative to the EU Vladimir Chizhov.

The summit of "Eastern partnership" will be held may 21-22 in Riga.

We will closely observe and what will be the content of the outcome document of the Riga Declaration. Preliminary information says about the fact that the work on this document is quite tense, " said Chizhov on the air

"It is clear that certain countries want to strengthen anti-Russian orientation, and others that create obstacles. Let's see what eventually happens", he added.

The program "Eastern partnership" includes political Association and economic integration of the EU with Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The last 3 countries last year signed the Association agreement with the EU partnership, which has already ratified the overwhelming number of member States of the European Union.
