Prime Minister of Latvia: the Riga summit will not be directed against Russia
The main theme of the summit "Eastern partnership" in Riga on may 21-22, will become the EU's relations with Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, and not actions with respect to Russia, told reporters on Tuesday the Prime Minister of Latvia Laimdota Straujuma.

"We will come to the Commissioners of all six countries of the Eastern partnership, and we'll talk about economic cooperation. The conflict in Ukraine can not be avoided, but the Main theme he will not " - said Straujuma.

Prime Minister of Latvia said that the Riga summit will not wear anti-Russian character.

The program "Eastern partnership" includes political Association and economic integration of the EU with Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The last 3 countries last year signed the Association agreement with the EU partnership.
