Found unknown manuscript by Andersen A unique discovery has been made the owner of the castle of Knuthenborg on the island of Lolland in southern Denmark. He discovered an unknown manuscript of world famous storyteller Hans Christian Andersen.

We are talking about the first draft of a tale "Psyche", with amendments and additions by the author, dated 1861. 1 of the major specialists in the field of the life and work of the writer from the Andersen Museum in Odense Stig Einar Ascher called sensational discovery. Another expert, Johannes Kerrigor Frandsen, stressed that the signing "an integral part of Danish and world cultural heritage". According to his statement made in the text by the author fixes make it a particularly valuable discovery, reports TASS.

Such a contribution to world culture made by the owner of the castle Christopher Whip, decided to tidy up the archives of a deceased father. Andersen maintained contact with the family of the Whip and, apparently, gave her the manuscript. However how it was in the castle, remains unclear, as evidence of the presence of the storyteller in Knuthenborg no. Now Christopher whip through the law is the owner of the manuscript, however he has not yet told how to dispose of the original document.
