"There (in Donbass) destroyed a house, the citizens vote kicking, they are with us, receive the status of temporary asylum: not because it wants the Russian side, but because they have nowhere to live," said Romodanovsky.

according to him, Russia has fully taken on its own shoulders the costs of internally displaced persons from the South-East of Ukraine.

The Director of the Bureau international Association of migration in the Russian capital Zlatko Zigic for his part, has praised Russian authorities for organizing the reception of Ukrainian immigrants: according to him, the work performed " amazing ".

"No complaints, No negative elements - system, the largest level," he said.

according to him, currently the Russian Federation allocates about $ 140 million per year to immigrants from the South-East of Ukraine, not including insurance, healthcare, education.

"If all this is taken into account, we're talking about 300 million dollars a year, which are allocated from the state budget only for Ukrainian immigrants," said Zigic, noting that " not everything in the West know it."
