Leaders of the Communist party of Ukraine (CPU) has created the all-Ukrainian public organization " Left March: labor, wages, protection ", said on Thursday on the Internet representation of the party.

on Thursday in Kiev took place the constituent Assembly of the organization. During the meeting the leader of the CPU Petro Symonenko expressed with speech " for rallying the forces of the supporters of socialism ".

"After discussion, the meeting decided to make the all-Ukrainian public organization" Left March: job, salary, protection ". The abbreviated name of the organization is defined: "the Left March ", - said the press service of the Communist party.

The organization " will be aimed at the protection and realisation of constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen, such as the right to work and wages, the right to social protection, the right to freedom of thought and speech, free expression of views and beliefs ". Among the main objectives of activity is referred to as " facilitating the formation and expression of will of Ukrainian citizens who hold left-wing views on the development of social processes, share ideas of social justice, advocate the adoption of a humanistic, democratic, collectivist principles, the rule of law."

Also stated that "the Left March" to seek the introduction of effective public control over the activities of state authorities and local self-government, as well as to help the Residents participate in the elections of the President of Ukraine, Parliament, local government bodies and their officials in national and local referendums.

The case on banning the Communist party first considered the District administrative court of Kiev, however, all judges were told about the challenge, saying that they produce pressure. Later the Case was referred to the Kyiv District administrative court. The Communist party appealed this transfer because he believes it is inappropriate to refer the Matter to the court whose jurisdiction relates to the field. On the first day of the week again, the court withdrew the Case from consideration, because the complaint authorized parties is still pending in the court of appeal.
