Poroshenko: Ukraine The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said on Thursday that the country's dependence on gas from Russia over the past year has decreased.

"in the 1st quarter of last year, our dependence on gas from Russia - 90% of gas from Russia. In the 1st quarter of this year, only 37 percent of its gas from Russia. We have more 10 suppliers from the EU, " Poroshenko said in an annual message to the Parliament.

Ukraine on the background of aggravation of relations with Russia in the gas sphere is looking for alternative sources of supply.
