The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the creditors agree on debt restructuring
Authorized by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the last working day of the week in the course of a telephone conversation with special creditors ' Committee are unable to reach agreement on debt restructuring, it is reported in the appeal of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

in the Ministry's report also elaborates on the need "to start a dialogue on the proper allocation among the lenders of the debt burden, which would be consistent with the objectives" of the IMF loan program.

The head of the Ukrainian Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko has expressed readiness to specifically meet with the creditors, and urged the Committee " to begin a more constructive dialogue."

the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, announcing these dialogues, has in the past expressed confidence that in the end will be achieved mutually beneficial agreement on restructuring, which will meet the objectives established in the composition of the list of actions of Ukraine's cooperation with the IMF.

in the framework adopted in March 2015 of the IMF loan program allocates Ukraine, 17, 5 billion dollars, and all international creditors in total over four years - $ 40 billion, including the fifteen billion through debt restructuring. In mid-March, Ukraine has received from the IMF 1st tranche of us $ 5 billion under the enhanced financial assistance program.
