DNR and LNR sent its proposals on constitutional reform in Ukraine to intensify the negotiating process on the background of aggravation of the situation in the Donbass, said on the night of Wednesday, the Commissioner of Donetsk on Minsk talks Denis Putilin.

On Tuesday, the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk Republic sent its latest proposals for amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, such as recommending to legislate the preservation of the heads of these republics their posts.
