CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha believes that the Minsk agreements has the potential of solving all the issues of Donbass, however, he saw no merit in the involvement of peacekeepers there.

The Ukrainian authorities in March, made a proposal to deploy in the Donbass peacekeeping mission. Military peacekeeping mission has the ability to be formed only with the punishment of the UN security Council. Russia, with veto power in the security Council, is ready to discuss the issue of sending peacekeepers to Ukraine, but the country's leadership have a few questions.

"My personal position is such that today the Minsk agreement, which were signed, they overlap in practice, solving all the issues collected in this region. That is the correction of the Constitution, the restriction of the use of heavy weapons, they need to develop, " said he in the air
