The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko ordered the new head of the Donetsk regional administration Pavel Zhebrivsky to provide a transparent conducting local elections.

Poroshenko in the process of working visit to Mariupol on Thursday showed new head of Donetsk regional state administration. Before this position was taken by Alexander Kikhtenko. Under the Constitution, local elections are required to undergo in Ukraine on October 25. Currently before the Verkhovna Rada is placed a few bills on the sequence of their conduct.

"Another extremely important job that is currently in front of you, is to ensure the holding of transparent, free and fair local elections. We don't need elections where the results are drawn. I Wish to observe sincere, Pro-Ukrainian, conscious, free choice of the Inhabitants. Our goal as the state authority is to provide, " said Poroshenko.
