Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman wishes in the upcoming week to hold meetings with experts of the Venice Commission on constitutional change in terms of decentralization of Power in Ukraine.

Groysman said yesterday that the upcoming week plans to introduce a constitutional Commission established Under the President of Ukraine, the project of changes in the Basic law. Poroshenko in early summer, said he expects a decision by the Supreme Rada in the first reading of changes to the Constitution before July 17. Officials hope to correct in the fall.

"I may be at the end of next week will visit the Venice Commission in respect of consultation (to amend the Constitution - ed.) for the meeting of the constitutional Commission - ed.) were informative," - said Groisman at a press conference on the last working day of the week following the meeting of the Council of regional development.

However, he did not disclose, when there will be another meeting of the constitutional Commission, which he heads.
