Such conclusion scientists done watching for 12 years for diet 21 tatsache people. They noticed that eating 100 grams of chocolate daily reduced the risk of death from heart disease by 25%. The probability of dying from a heart attack was reduced by 23%.

Excess doses, however, did not increase the use of chocolate and did not provide additional protection for health. The study authors believe that the case in chocolate contains flavonoids, and other components related to dairy products such as calcium and fatty acids.

Previously, scientists have proven that eating chocolate prevents the loss of memory, diabetes, reduces stress, protects the skin from ultraviolet radiation and even reduces cholesterol.
