The national Council for television and radio broadcasting of Ukraine has issued the third warning the TV channel " 112. Ukraine, said at a press conference on Thursday the Deputy head of the national Council Gregory Schwerk.

As stated last week, the lawyer of TV channel Basil Sour cream, the regulator refused to reissue the concept of broadcasting, not allowing to broadcast news and obliged him to return to the previous concept of broadcasting, which provided the only entertainment. However, Smetana noticed that the television channel has legal grounds to continue information broadcasting and will do it.

"All five organizations broadcasting (" 112. Ukraine - ed.), got a warning", said Schwerk. He clarified, because this is the third warning the television channel.

According to the Deputy head of the national Council, the controller may initiate the use of punitive sanctions against the channel in the amount of 5-15% of the license fee of the channel. However, Schwerk said that the national Council until the present moment this is not possible, because this rule has not yet approved the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
