Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk threatened with criminal cases against organizations of the people's Deputy Ihor Yeremeyev, if they are in the next three days will repay the debts of state-owned companies (GK) " Ukrgazvydobuvannya ", informs on Thursday a press-service of the Cabinet.

As commented to the press service, following the results of the analysis of financial-economic activity of the company "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" determined that the debts of Verkhovna Rada Deputy Ihor Yeremeyev before this company reach 373 million UAH (17, 5 million dollars at current official rate).

"Arseniy Yatsenyuk, in a telephone conversation with Igor Eremeev told him that if within 72 hours, these debts will not be paid, the enforcement agencies will begin criminal proceedings of causing deliberate harm to the state in relation to companies which are controlled by Eremeev ", - informs the press service.

in connection with this situation, the Prime Minister also ordered the NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" to immediately change the leadership of the organization " Ukrgazvydobuvannya ", which took no action to return the debt in a certain legislative act deadlines.

before "Naftogaz of Ukraine" has informed that prepares open competitions for positions of Directors of organizations "Ukrtransnafta" and " Ukrgazvydobuvannya ".

One hundred percent of the shares of the subsidiary owned by the state in the person of " Naftogaz ", but in fact the plant is run by proteges of MP Ihor Yeremeyev, who is co-owner of a fuel-industrial group " continuum ".
