This document was in the form of amendments to the draft military budget, which legislators supported in the process of the voting. The draft law was supported by 71 Senator, against - 21.

in General, the draft law provides for allocation in fiscal year 2016 for military needs about 600 billion dollars. However, he still is expected to pass the agreement with the commissioners chamber of Congress, which in may passed its own version of the military budget.
