The universities of the Russian Federation in admissions will receive certificates of graduation issued by the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk national republics, said at a press conference on the First day of the week MSU rector Viktor Sadovnichy.

He clarified that this category of graduates does not have the certificates neither the Russian nor the Ukrainian sample.
