Novak: the Russian Federation and Turkey will prepare the text of a Treaty on "Turkish stream" until July
Russian energy Minister Alexander Novak said that Moscow and Ankara assume until the end of June to agree on the text of the intergovernmental agreement on the gas pipeline " Turkish stream ".
