The Venice Commission positively reviewed the proposed Kiev amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine on decentralization, but the comments of the Board are required to be taken into account, said the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

"The initial feedback is extremely encouraging that the Venice Commission except for a few comments that I dream of will be considered at least a significant portion, of the constitutional Commission, very positively reviewed the changes that the draft law has undergone during the treatment in the constitutional Commission," said Poroshenko at the meeting of the national Council of reforms on Tuesday.
