Kiev nourishes the hope that American instructors will begin to teach not only the national guard, and soldiers of the military power of Ukraine, said the Deputy head of the presidential administration of the country Andrey Taranov.
"I wish to emphasize that American instructors currently teach only the soldiers of the National guard. We hope that the U.S. government will take a decision in regard to the training of soldiers of the military power of Ukraine
