"The losses - they are a two-edged sword, and we see how the European Union countries, most importantly, the major players in this market, lose billions of dollars. Naturally, the Russian economy, too, has some losses, but I said and say today that Russia's agriculture under the influence of punishments, on the contrary, flourishes today, today there is every opportunity to grow, to increase production, " said the Minister on air of TV channel ".


Western countries since March 2014 several times already imposed penalties because Russia's position on Ukraine.
